Blaine has served many roles in real estate development projects; his experience includes property identification for development, purchasing buy and hold rentals for both personal and commercial clients, both debt and equity positions for developments, lending and brokering capital for real estate development, underwriting projects, managing development projects, managing completed real estate assets, and private funding strategies for developers. Former equity ownership of a private bank helped expand is lending expertise which lead him to found The District Capital.

Elizabeth was a dedicated member of Advanced Lightning Systems, Inc. and NPL Construction Company for 17 years cumulatively as a Project Manager. Realizing her passion for real estate, Elizabeth Leigh co-founded and co-owns CREi Group, LLC.
